The DeSoto County (MS) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated was chartered April 5, 2014 at St. Paul Baptist Church located in Olive Branch, Mississippi, by 35 active members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
